What to do:
* Collaborate with leaders to develop and shape the workforce aligned with our strategy
* Provide HR advice and guidance to our managers along the whole employee lifecycle
* Ensure the execution of central HR processes as well as develop tailored HR initiatives to support the Division’s needs and foster employee engagement
* Participate in the implementation of transformation activities and collaborate with the Group People & Culture team to deliver innovative HR solutions fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for all employees
* Use HR data and metrics to steer strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table
You check these boxes:
* Several years of experience in a holistic HR position, ideally in technology area / IT
* Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving execution
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others as well as excellent German and English language skills (written, verbal)
* A deep understanding of HR best practices and instruments
* Profound knowledge of the Slovakian labor market, including labor law; knowledge of the Austrian labor market is a plus
* A passion for technology and innovation as well as understanding of the needs and expectations of tech talents
* A creative mindset with the ability to act out of your comfort zone
