For our Corporate Coverage Team in Austria, we are looking for a Relationship Manager – Corporate Coverage (f/m/x). As part of the Corporate Bank, Corporate Coverage offers treasury solutions to international corporates through core products like Corporate Cash Management, Trade Financing & Lending, and risk management solutions such as FX & Rates. The role focuses on expanding our presence in the Austrian market, with a strong emphasis on acquiring and onboarding new clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of corporate clients across core treasury products (Cash, Trade, Lending, Foreign Exchange & Rates).
* Proactively seek business opportunities with target clients to meet acquisition goals and shape the Austrian growth plans, reporting directly to the Chief Country Officer.
* Identify business opportunities and secure client mandates in working capital solutions.
* Partner with internal teams (e.g., Trade, Cash, Risk Management Solutions, Trust & Agency Services) to drive growth initiatives and achieve strategic objectives.
* Coordinate global credit requests and oversee the bank’s overall credit exposure for the designated client portfolio.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for this client segment in collaboration with internal teams (Anti Financial Crime, Know Your Customer).
Skills
* Deep understanding of core Corporate Banking products and their applications.
* Proven ability to manage corporate client relationships, providing tailored solutions and maintaining strong engagement, with knowledge of the Austrian market as an asset.
* Strong grasp of relevant regulatory requirements.
* Innovative and forward-thinking approach, embracing digital transformation.
* Experience managing complex tasks with a strategic, interdisciplinary perspective.
* A degree in Finance is advantageous; fluency in German and English is essential.
