Overview We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Customer Representative Oncology (m/f/d) who brings solid field expertise and is ready to take on a strategic, impact‑driven role within our Oncology team.
Area: West Austria (Vorarlberg, Tirol, Salzburg & OÖ)
Responsibilities Performs Face to Face product calls with target audience - primary audience: hospital physicians.
Identify, pursue, and manage a diverse mix of accounts within a territory, including some complex accounts/opportunities.
Plan and execute a complex sales process, focusing on gaining and leveraging an understanding of the customers’ objectives across their full spectrum of needs.
Use judgment to apply and adapt the selling process to most effectively and efficiently meet customer needs.
Perform Speaker-meetings and/or Round Tables with product presentation.
Collaboration with cross functional team (Medical, Marketing, Market Access) to develop omnichannel projects, materials and services that respond to customers and business needs.
Spends >90% of time in the field visiting customers.
Qualifications Successfully completed pharmaceutical representative examination and/or completed studies in the field of human, veterinary, or dental medicine or pharmacy
3-5 years of total relevant experience
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Highly motivated individual who is driven to push things forward
Preferred Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of the competitive/payer landscape and economic/market environments
Knowledge of clinical studies/data regarding disease states and product portfolios

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 61.300, - and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
