About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a central role in supporting QC activities for biologics production, with a strong emphasis on ELISA methods used to quantify antigens. Your work will span the full lifecycle of assay development—from establishing new standards to executing newly developed tests—making this an ideal position for someone who enjoys both scientific rigor and hands‑on experimentation.
The position unfolds in two key phases:
Phase 1: ELISA Standard Implementation (First 2–3 Months)
1. Support the introduction of new ELISA standards.
2. Contribute to method validation and qualification activities.
3. Ensure readiness of assays for routine QC use.
Phase 2: New Test Development & Execution
4. Participate in the development of new ELISA‑based assays from scratch.
5. Take ownership of executing newly developed tests within the QC lab.
6. Apply your understanding of assay development, validation, and qualification to ensure robust and reliable performance.
What You’ll Do
7. Perform hands‑on laboratory work with a strong focus on ELISA.
8. Independently organize and execute weekly lab tasks with minimal guidance.
9. Collaborate with cross‑country teams in English while working with German SOPs.
10. Contribute scientific insight to a motivated, youthful, and collaborative QC team.
11. Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
What You Bring
12. Strong, practical expertise in ELISA, ideally across development, validation, and qualification.
13. Experience working in QC environments supporting biologics or other large‑molecule products.
14. Experience working in a GMP environment.
15. A hands‑on mindset with the autonomy to plan and execute lab activities efficiently.
16. Ability to navigate German SOPs and communicate effectively in English.
17. A proactive, team‑oriented attitude suited to a dynamic and growing group.

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement (Vewendungsgruppe III) for this position is at least EUR 2.881,97 (2026). Due to the responsible and demanding tasks and with appropriate qualifications, an appropriate overpayment is envisaged.
