We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow CMDB & HAM Specialist to join our internal global ServiceNow team. This role offers a rare opportunity to build and shape CMDB and Hardware Asset Management processes from scratch on a new ServiceNow platform, working on greenfield projects with a long-term strategic impact
Job Responsibilities
* Lead the design, implementation, and governance of ServiceNow CMDB and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes across the full asset lifecycle.
* Configure, manage, and continuously improve CMDB and HAM modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and the CSDM framework.
* Ensure high data quality through normalization, reconciliation, and governance controls.
* Integrate CMDB and asset data from discovery tools, service mapping, cloud platforms, and other sources.
* Support ServiceNow platform administration activities, including scripting and automation.
* Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure ITSM processes are supported by accurate CMDB and asset data.
* Drive continuous improvements, enhancements, and projects related to CMDB and HAM capabilities.
* Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for asset tracking, compliance, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on CMDB and Hardware Asset Management.
* Proven experience working with the CSDM framework in production environments.
* Solid understanding of ITSM processes and their dependency on accurate CMDB and asset data.
* Experience with discovery tools, service mapping, and integrations.
* Deep knowledge of the IT asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement).
* Experience with data migration, normalization, and reconciliation of asset records.
* Fluent English communication skills; ability to work in an international environment
