With your committed and dynamic personality, you will support our Purchasing team in all procurement marketing activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Purchasing responsibility for assigned projects
* Strategic procurement of production materials and components (global)
* Implementing measures to optimize costs in the procurement process
* Advising departments in purchasing activities
* Conducting needs, market, and supplier analyses
* Evaluating, expanding, and developing supplier relationships independently
* Managing purchased parts in terms of costs, quality, and technical design
* Performing international market research during procurement projects
* Participating in cross-functional teams for supplier management (e.g., engineering, quality, logistics)
* Influencing product development and executing cost reduction measures (design to cost, target costing)
* Implementing parts standardization (parts management)
* Negotiating prices and contracts, including risk and contract management
Requirements:
* Completed technical education (HTL, FH, UNI)
* Preferably several years of experience in strategic (technical) purchasing
* Strong negotiation skills and resilience under stress
* Structured and goal-oriented working style
* Teamwork and cross-divisional thinking abilities
* Proficiency in EDV tools (ideally SAP)
We are open to discussing salary in person. We offer a market-aligned salary, with an annual gross salary starting at €49,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Higher offers are possible based on your profile.
