o Proven experience leading multiple Agile transformations across IT and Business areas.
* Practical Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
o Hands-on implementation of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks in complex organizational settings.
* Successful Implementation of Agile Best Practices
o Track record of improving productivity, reducing time-to-market, and increasing customer satisfaction through Agile practices.
* Hands-On Agile Coaching Experience
o Provided direct coaching to Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to support adoption of Agile principles.
* Workshop and Training Facilitation Skills
o Delivered Agile workshops and training sessions that enabled mindset and behavioral shifts at team and stakeholder levels.
* Facilitation of Agile Ceremonies
o Actively facilitated team events such as planning sessions, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to foster collaboration.
