Accountabilities
* Provide proactive post-sales technical support regarding implementation and customization of customer needs.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for customers to ensure their technical success.
* Lead new customers through service launches and identify customization needs.
* Share best practices to promote accountability and consistency in customer implementations.
* Contribute to documentation and resources to assist customers in platform usage.
* Communicate effectively with customers to secure strong professional partnerships.
* Identify solutions for customer programs that do not scale effectively.
* Advise on best strategies for customer setup and platform usage.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback for internal reporting and strategy.
* Partner with various teams to address platform issues and customer feedback.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in a technical role.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in technical account management or similar positions.
* Experience in developing virtualized lab environments is preferred.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in Hyper‑V or ESXi is required.
* Knowledge of Server/Client Distributed Models is essential.
* Experience with JavaScript Console/DOM Web Application Troubleshooting is necessary.
* Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, and/or JavaScript is preferred.
* Experience with Git/GitHub, RESTful API, Docker, and Virtualization Technologies required.
* Familiarity with VPN protocols and Public Cloud Providers is necessary.
* Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
