Job Title: Change Manager

Experience Required:
1. Proven experience working in complex, global environments.
2. A strong grasp of technical programs, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear outcomes.
3. Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence across a broad stakeholder landscape — from frontline teams to senior leadership.
4. Hands-on experience delivering change management activities including stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and detailed change plans.
5. A strategic mindset with the ability to implement change frameworks and drive delivery at pace.
6. Mining or resources experience highly desirable.
