YOUR JOB

Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute targeted demand generation strategies to produce high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) aligned with sales goals.
* Manage lead generation campaigns across channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on CPL, MQL-to-SAL conversion, and pipeline contribution.
* Optimize the entire lead funnel through A/B testing and conversion rate improvements, from landing pages to sales handoff.
* Collaborate closely with sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, scoring, and feedback for continuous improvement.
* Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to nurture leads effectively.
* Analyze data (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM) to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and report ROI.
* Manage and optimize paid media budgets for lead generation, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing ROAS.
* Maintain SEO practices to support inbound lead generation.
* Explore AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency.
Your Skills
* Over 3 years in marketing, with at least 2 years managing Google Ads and performance campaigns, preferably in an agency or fast-paced B2B environment.
* Proven ability to plan and manage marketing campaigns with clear objectives.
* Creative mindset for developing engaging content and campaigns.
* Deep knowledge of Google ecosystem including Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SEO.
* Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills to improve conversion rates through testing and feedback.
* Experience with tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
* Organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least B2), including presentation and copywriting skills.
OUR OFFER

The minimum gross annual salary for this full-time role, as per the current collective agreement, is €53,802. The actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
