Job Description
* Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, mockups and prototypes
* You will create a high-fidelity designs for our White Label Solution for web and native mobile platforms
* Organize and facilitate design workshops to gather insights and align stakeholders
* Conduct user research, usability testing and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
* Apply accessibility best practices across web and native mobile platforms
* Stay current with evolving design trends, tools and technologies
* Maintain and enhance design systems and UI style guides
* Support the growth of design maturity within the department
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field
* Strong portfolio showcasing both UX and UI work across digital products
* Experience working with design systems
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Token Studio, Miro, etc.)
* Experience in analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and HotJar
* Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
* Experience in accessibility testing
* Experience conducting user research and usability testing
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Highly proficient in spoken and written English
* Animation design skills and knowledge of HTML/CSS would be a bonus
