All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. You'll work closely with the agnostic insights team to identify trends and assess the overall market and consumer landscape in the On Premise environment. You'll translate insights into action by developing global activation concepts across all On Premise segments — from bars and clubs to catering accounts and restaurants. You'll shape the overarching approach for our On Premise portfolio, product, pricing, and promotion strategy. You'll create compelling price and promotion concepts that empower field teams to drive consumption at scale, always with a focus on executional excellence. With a continuous improvement mindset, you’ll simplify the consumer journey and implement easy, effective mechanics to support impactful brand activations.
2. You’ll develop communication assets that build brand and product relevance while driving consumption at scale, supported by toolkits that enable quick and effective execution. You’ll lead the ideation process in collaboration with internal teams and external creative partners, fostering innovation through strong, cross-functional teamwork. You’ll work closely with various departments, leveraging internal expertise and resources to ensure high-quality, impactful outcomes across all initiatives.
3. You’ll work in close alignment with key Red Bull markets to identify opportunities and needs, ensuring best-in-class activation and execution at the point of sale. You’ll support sub-departments, such as Key Account Marketing, by addressing customer-specific requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly. Through close collaboration with priority countries, you’ll help develop action plans and adapt global tools to local market realities—while gathering and sharing market insights & success stories to unleash opportunities for growth.
4. 5+ years of Trade Marketing experience with global brands, including strong project and stakeholder management skills
5. University degree in Business, Marketing, or Project Management
6. Expert communicator with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies, considering cultural and market differences
7. Strategic and analytical mindset, capable of identifying trends and developing innovative, insight-driven concepts
8. Proactive, adaptable, and resilient in fast-paced environments, with a solid understanding of the On Premise industry
9. Travel 20-30%
