Job Description
As an Agile Delivery Manager you will lead, mentor, and coach a team of Agile Leads, ensuring excellence in agile delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Guide a team of Agile Leads, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment.
2. Agile Expertise: Develop and refine processes and methodologies for product and project delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
3. Collaboration: Facilitate cross-domain communication to promote innovation and knowledge sharing.
4. Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends for continuous improvement.
5. Project Support: Assist in defining and executing small projects, ensuring effective governance and stakeholder communication.
6. Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring timely escalation and intervention.
7. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing learning and refinement in processes and practices.
8. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts, ensuring a focus on delivering business outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
2. Proven experience in leading organizational transformation and change management.
3. Knowledge of Governance & Assurance principles.
4. Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills.
5. Ability to create and communicate clear goals aligned with business strategy.
6. Experience in talent recruitment, development, and retention.
