Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to various HR functions, employees, and managers, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
* Payroll Management: Facilitate, monitor, and ensure quality throughout the payroll cycle(s), guaranteeing accurate and timely payroll processing.
* HR Systems Maintenance: Maintain and update various HR systems, ensuring the highest data quality.
* Document Preparation: Prepare contracts, employee letters, and legal documents, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
* Time-Tracking and Attendance: Monitor relevant time-tracking and attendance systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
* Employee Guidance: Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
* Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
* Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
* Professional-Level English language skills preferred
* Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
