Service Engineer (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute inspection and service visits
* Implement Klüber TPM service elements at customer sites
* Manage project planning and documentation in CRM systems
* Prepare technical and sales documentation
* Define requirements for new products and support product development
* Contribute to the market launch of new products
* Handle product-related complaints and application issues
* Provide technical consulting at trade fairs and exhibitions
* Develop benefit-oriented product arguments to support sales and applications
* Create cost-benefit analyses and success stories (e.g., VCS)
* Actively manage OEMs to obtain and renew approvals
* Write technical articles and deliver expert presentations
* Support sales through cross-selling activities
* Continuously monitor the market for competitor products and pricing
* Identify Klüber potential in the assigned region
Qualifications
* Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical education
* Very good command of English
* Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
* Market-oriented mindset and proactive approach
* High level of cooperation and willingness to compromise
* Strong team player
* Willingness to travel up to 60% within the region
