Restaurant Leadership Opportunity
About the Position:
* We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences through top-tier service from breakfast to fine dining.
* Lead a team of hospitality professionals, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
* Maintain open communication with guests and staff in English, with language courses available for improvement.
* Analyze restaurant performance, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
* Coordinate events and activities, working closely with hotel management to support MICE initiatives.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management, preferably with supervisor-level experience in F&B operations.
* Possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards shared goals.
* Fluent English communication skills, with German as an asset but not required.
* Demonstrate a passion for gastronomy, high organization skills, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Compensation: The collective agreement minimum salary is €2,574 gross per month (on a 40-hour basis), with an actual salary of €3,000 gross per month. A monthly bonus is also paid.
