Aufgaben:
* You will evaluate analyses and derive recommendations for action, as well as offering technical support for implementation.
* You will focus on data engineering to incorporate new data from various sources, analyze the data to get insights and create automated and meaningful reports.
* You will maintain a close cooperation with relevant stakeholders (marketing, purchasing, sales, CX etc.).
* You will manage larger scale analytical projects.
* You will create ad hoc analyses and recurring analyses/reports.
* You will select leads for customer satisfaction surveys and continuously improve the corresponding reports for our internal stakeholders.
Qualifikationen:
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of B2C retail / consulting or banking.
* Experience in using dashboarding tools and data analysis languages (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python etc.).
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a methodical, structured and proactive manner.
* Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* High level of German and English.

In Austria, we are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective labour agreement in trade. This is per year 37.674 EUR. However, we offer a higher salary in accordance with your experience and qualifications. We're happy to discuss everything else on that in person.
