EHS Manager (w/m/d) – Transformer Repair Center Factory Europe Linz
About the Role
As an EHS Manager at Siemens Energy Transformers Repair Center Europe in Linz, Austria, you will be responsible for organizing and developing EHS processes and interfaces. You will play a key role in fostering a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with legal and ISO standards.
Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing the setup of machinery and facilities, ensuring safety and environmental standards, conducting risk assessments, accident analysis, advising management, developing management systems, and leading EHS meetings and teams.
Requirements
* Degree or technical qualification in safety engineering, with additional safety training preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in environmental protection, health management, and occupational safety, preferably in manufacturing or electronics sectors.
* Knowledge of Austrian EHS legislation and management systems.
* Strong entrepreneurial, communicative, and leadership skills.
* Proactive, responsible working style with fluency in German and English.
