Your responsibilities:
* Discover and develop new and innovative technology products, strategic product extensions, or enhancements to existing products, translating research discoveries into market-ready solutions.
* Identify, collect, and evaluate new and innovative technology products.
* Lead, plan, and track all phases of the technology product lifecycle from inception to market launch.
* Assess new technology product ideas for their potential to meet customer needs and achieve revenue growth and market share goals.
* Establish technology product specifications and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, telecommunications, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful development and implementation.
* Solve complex problems and approach existing solutions from new perspectives.
* Work independently with minimal guidance.
* Potentially lead projects or project phases within broader initiatives, with accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.
* Apply in-depth knowledge in your area and basic knowledge of related fields.
* Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Your profile:
* Masters or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, software engineering, or related fields.
* Ability to drive proof of concepts and transform them into performance applications and products.
* At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
* Proficiency in C++ and Python.
* Experience with deep learning, computer vision, image processing, and machine learning is highly beneficial.
* Familiarity with Linux environments and Docker.
* Practical knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
* Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
* Proactive mindset to foster collaboration in intercultural and cross-organizational environments.
* Ability to assist team members in overcoming technical challenges.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
