Based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria), we are seeking a IT Project- & Processmanagement, 80 - 100% (f/m/x).
What’s it all about?
1. Design & optimisation of IT processes: Analyze existing IT processes, identify weaknesses, and develop innovative solutions from design to implementation.
2. Further development of the IT process landscape: Introduce and enhance IT processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards across the IT process map.
3. Communication & training: Inform stakeholders about process changes and support training for new employees.
4. Advice & support in process management: Act as the central contact for IT process management, support process design, audits, and feasibility checks.
5. Development of project management standards: Continuously improve methods and standards, and oversee IT projects from conception to completion.
6. Supporting and mentoring project managers: Provide guidance and promote application of project management methodologies.
What are we looking for?
* Independent, structured, and conscientious working style with several years of project and process management experience.
* Training in IT/project & process management or extensive IT work experience.
* Experience managing large IT or interface projects and active participation in project teams.
* Proficiency in modern project management methods, with experience in implementation or training.
* Fluent communication skills in German and English.
