What You'll Do
* Define target pricing for Clean Products.
* Recommends deal closure strategies.
* Conduct quarterly marketing and account reviews.
* Plan and manage Clean Evaluation Tool strategy.
* Participate in Configuration Reviews as a representative of the Business Development team.
* Provide management with regular updates on profitability progress and status
* Executes product market share and profitability objectives
* Represent the voice of the account team within the Product Group.
* Organize and host customers visits to the Villach site.
* Ensure commercial alignment with the Customer Support Business Group (CSBG) for the Clean Product Line.
Who We're Looking For
* A bachelor's degree in business or related field
* Preferred: MBA as well as a bachelor's degree in physics, Engineering, or Chemistry.
* A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
* Strong intercultural collaboration and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
What We're Offering
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G or H depending on educational background and experience.
