About the Role
As a Quality Inspector / CMM, you will play a key role in ensuring that our aircraft components and production processes meet the highest quality standards. By identifying deviations and improvement opportunities, you will directly contribute to product reliability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
* Inspect and approve or reject aircraft components during production
* Perform process and final inspections using conventional measuring equipment (e.g. micrometers), optical inspections, and process tests
* Prepare initial sample inspection reports and record statistical quality data
* Request and follow up on product- and process-related corrective actions
* Audit production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
* Train and support production employees in self-inspection and random quality checks
Your Profile
* Completed technical apprenticeship or technical education (e.g. mechanic, toolmaker, carpenter, plastics technician)
* Initial knowledge or experience in quality assurance or production with self-inspection (advantageous)
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP
* English language skills (spoken and written)
* Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
* Willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts
