Responsibilities:
Lead & develop
: Guide the Austrian People Services team and foster ownership, collaboration, and professional growth.
* Labor law & compliance:
Act as key advisor on employment matters — from contracts to terminations — and ensure compliant practices across Austria
* Works council collaboration
: Take the lead in negotiations and maintain a strong, constructive partnership with the Austrian works council
* Mobility & policy design
: Shape frameworks for international assignments, foreign hires, and remote work models
* Data protection
: Serve as functional lead for HR data protection globally, ensuring legal and organizational compliance
* Process quality
: Monitor and improve HR processes using KPIs and employee feedback.
* Project management
: Drive HR initiatives such as working time arrangements, employee mobility, and contract lifecycle improvements
Skills & Experience:

* University degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Several years of experience in legal or HR with strong employment law focus
* Expertise in labor law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks; first experience in global mobility is a plus
* HR experience is welcome but not a must – strong interest and motivation to grow into HR leadership is key
* Well-developed project management and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to engaging stakeholders
* Fluent in English and German with the ability to navigate international and intercultural contexts with ease
