Job Description
* Service readiness: You will provide first-class service for repairs, preventive maintenance, and
calibrations on our laboratory measuring devices for customers in the automotive, chemical, and food industries.
* Customer focus: As a competent contact person, you diagnose, analyze, and rectify technical
errors and malfunctions and also maintain regular and trusting communication with our customers.
* Organizational skills: You plan your repair and maintenance work and prepare the necessary documentation
(cost estimates, repair reports, calibration protocols, etc.) independently.
* Analytical skills: Checking error patterns and causes of malfunctions, as well as developing and documenting
troubleshooting strategies.
Qualifications
* Passion for technology: You have technical training (e.g., electronics technician, industrial mechanic,
mechatronics engineer) or are a state-certified technician (m/f/d).
* Motivation & interest: You have technical understanding and are interested in our broad portfolio of laboratory
measuring instruments.
* Service orientation: You are independent, organized, and provide competent support to our customers
– customer satisfaction is important to you.
* Language skills: You are business fluent in German and have advanced English skills.
