Senior HR Business Partner

AOP Health is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with leaders—primarily within our Commercial Organization—in driving strategic and operational HR initiatives. This role serves as a trusted internal advisor, offering guidance and coaching across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
1. You actively partner with stakeholders to understand the current and future needs of the business and ensure the implementation of our global HR strategy
2. You assist leaders with strategic planning and forecasting needs regarding people and organizational culture
3. You collaborate with leaders to co-design their areas in terms of organizational development (e.g., planning of required positions and development of talents)
4. Based on your business insights, you make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of AOP Health
5. You are the first point of contact for managers in your area: You provide guidance and support when it comes to implementing our HR policies and procedures
6. You equip business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people and provide proactive guidance and counsel on people-related issues
7. You oversee our employee lifecycle, ensuring that our global standards are fulfilled (e.g., performance management, reward and recognition, talent management, employee development)
8. You monitor employee engagement in your area and develop as well as implement measures with the team to sustainably increase employee satisfaction
9. You meet our leaders at eye level and provide them with advice, sparring, and coaching in people-related questions
10. You partner with HR team members to deliver seamless HR processes and programs across the business, and you support the recruitment of key roles
11. You accompany the AOP Health Headquarters and our foreign subsidiaries in organizational changes
Your Qualifications and Experience
1. Completed (business administration) studies with a specialization in HR or comparable education
2. 10+ years of professional experience with 5 years in an HR Business Partner role
3. Experience working in international companies with matrix organization preferred
4. Experience in Organizational Development and Change Management
5. Solution-oriented work approach, as well as ability to think outside the box
6. Enthusiastic team player with high level of adaptability and positive attitude towards change
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and influence across the matrix organization
8. Well organized, able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively
9. Experience in coaching, open to feedback, and driving leadership
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German
11. Readiness to travel to the countries in your charge from time to time or as required

* The gross annual salary in accordance with the collective agreement (KV) for this role is 53,732 EUR on a full-time basis (38.5 hours/week). We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and relevant experience
