Job Description
* Technical Sales Support to Responsible Sales Managers and Customers
* Providing technical and product support to our customers.
* Offer preparation by utilization of CRM, Compono and Configurator
* Active Order management and tracking of cost and delivery time of international orders
* Order specific contact person from inquiry until delivery of pumps (Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Customer)
* Execution of warranty cases in coordination with Service
* Tasks according to Sales and Order Execution Process
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of technical specifications of pumps and related equipment
* Proactive, Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
* Intercultural understanding and customer orientation
* Experience with hydraulic selection tools is an advantage
* Experience using CRM tools, SAP, proficiency in MS Office applications
* Experience with order execution of technical projects
* Independent and structured way of working
* Language skills:
o English fluency (must-have)
o German (must-have)
o Other languages (advantage)
Education & Experience
* Minimum (Junior Role)
o Higher Technical College in a relevant discipline (e.g., HTL, engineering)
o Job experience in Sales support and / or Order Management of technical projects helpful, but not mandatory, can be substituted by relevant school education in rotating hydraulic machines
* Good to have (Senior Role)
o Bachelor / Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (engineering)
o Multiple years of job experience in Pumps Sales support; Order management of technical projects helpful
Additional Information
We are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of junior role € 3.396,21 and senior role 3.802,93 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
