About You
You are an initiative-taking leader with a proved history in franchise or multi-unit operations. Driven by results you are comfortable analysing data, identifying opportunities for growth. Your excellent communication skills, adaptability, and commitment to upholding brand standards make you a trusted partner to franchisees and colleagues. Above all you are enthusiastic about driving success in your region and the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Implement short- and long-term business and operations plans to support growth and efficiency across your region.
Ability to identify sales growth opportunities in a business.
Collaborate with franchise owners to establish and execute tailored business plans aligned with brand standards and goals. Provide ongoing guidance, coaching and support.
Conduct regular visits to each franchise within the nominated call cycle.
Analyse franchise sales and operational performance to identify areas or improvement to drive efficiency and business growth.
Ability to read profit and loss statements and coach franchises' profit opportunities in their business.
Delivering continuous process improvement initiatives to franchisees
Engage franchisees involvement in annual conference and other franchise led events.
Deliver operational franchise/manager training.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay on top of marketing, sales, culture, and retention strategies.
Provide clear monthly reporting to the Natrad Operations Manager which has evaluated progress, track goal achievements and provided actionable advice to franchisees.
What we are looking for
Significant experience in a regional or multi-site management role, preferably in the retail or automotive industry
Proven history of driving operational efficiency, sales growth, and profitability.
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related field
