As a Global Partnerships Intern, you will support the Global Partnerships Team with research, coordination, and operational tasks that contribute to the development and execution of brand partnership initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in global business development, marketing support, and partnership execution across Red Bull Sports, Culture, Brand, and Media assets. We are looking for a motivated talent to start as soon as possible for a six-month internship.
Job Description
PROJECT, COORDINATION & EXECUTION SUPPORT
In this role you will track partnership deliverables, assets, and timelines to ensure accurate and on-time execution. Furthermore you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure correct and consistent execution of brand partnership agreements
COMERCIAL MATERIALS & STRATEGY
During this internship you support the development of strategic approaches behind partnership and sales pitches. You will assist in the creation of presentations, pitch decks, and partnership proposal
RESEARCH & ANALYTICAL SUPPORT
This internship also includes researching prospective brand partners, market trends, and industry insights to inform partnership strategies. You will maintain and update CRM records while supporting basic data tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
* Advanced undergraduate, postgraduate or recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in economics or a related field
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Creative, motivated, and proactive mindset with a basic understanding of marketing concepts.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good organizational abilities.
* Structured and process-oriented approach, with an interest in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; an eye for design and visual presentation is an advantage.
* Reliable team player with a professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
* Able to manage day-to-day operational tasks independently while handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
* Any prior exposure to event planning or event management is considered a plus.
