SUMMARY
As an essential part of the care team, the Medical Assistant Coordinator acts as a 'Telehealth Concierge'. In a customer service-oriented manner, interviews patients and/or their representative to collect required data, to include but is not limited to; demographic and financial data as well as obtain required signatures, communicates mandated patient information and verifies all information for accuracy.
