Join our team at BRP and shape the future of product development As a Lead Simulation Engineer (m/f/d), you will support our development department with precise calculations and modeling that are crucial for the quality, efficiency, and innovation of our products Your responsibilities
Perform simulation tasks to support the product development process
Independently create models, run calculations, and assess results
Compare simulation outcomes with real-world data and evaluate accuracy
Analyze and document results, including the preparation of technical reports
Develop new methods and continuously improve existing processes
Drive the technical advancement of the department
Supervise internships, theses, and dissertations
Manage and collaborate with external service providers Your experiences and skills
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
Solid expertise in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and combustion
Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools such as:
GT-Power
Star-CCM+
OpenFOAM
Matlab/Simulink
Programming skills are an advantage
Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 66.740,94 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
