Position Summary
We are seeking a results‑driven Commercial Excellence Specialist to lead strategic initiatives that optimize sales performance, customer engagement, pricing, and business processes within the dental market. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Regional Leadership to drive sustainable growth, improve commercial effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Performance
* Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive dynamics within the dental market.
* Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor commercial effectiveness and business performance.
* Support annual budget and strategic planning, monthly forecasting
Sales Excellence
* Drive sales force effectiveness initiatives including territory alignment, incentive schemes, CRM optimization, and pipeline management.
* Deliver sales analytics and actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
Pricing & Profitability
* Support pricing strategy development and margin optimization across product portfolios.
* Monitor pricing compliance, discount structures
* Conduct profitability analyses by customer, channel, and product category.
CRM & Market Insights & Data Analytics
* Conduct market data analyses by customer, channel, and product category.
* Translate data into strategic recommendations for leadership teams.
* Monitor trends in the dental industry, develop automated reporting and business intelligence tools to improve decision‑making.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Marketing to improve campaign effectiveness and customer targeting.
* Work with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
* Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, business analytics, or strategic marketing.
* Experience in the dental, medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
* Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
* Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive change initiatives.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
* Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
