Skilled Worker – Electronic Manufacturing with Development Potential for Leadership (f/m/x)

Core hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This schedule is ideal for a later start. In addition to your regular salary, you will receive a voluntary flexibility allowance of €651 per month.
At Anton Paar, you will be paid a fair and market‑aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labour market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €3,100 (full‑time). Your actual gross salary may be higher, depending on your qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Manufacturing electronic and electromechanical precision components based on technical production documentation.
* Handling miniature components using magnifiers and microscopes, occasionally under cleanroom conditions.
* Operating, setting up, and programming small machines and equipment.
* Performing functional testing and quality inspection of components/assemblies according to production drawings and test instructions.
* Optimising production processes in collaboration with other departments.
Qualifications
* Completed education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, or adhesive technology (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL).
* Experience in handling chemicals and processing adhesives and potting compounds.
* Desirable certifications: IPC, WHMA, or FED.
* Independent, precise working style with strong sense of quality.
* Team player with reliable and responsible attitude.
