International Key Account Manager - Retail
Join our Global Off Premise Key Account Team as an International Key Account Manager for the Retail segment at our Global HQ in Salzburg, Austria!
Are you ready to drive growth and shape RedBull’s global retail strategy?
Responsibilities
* Negotiate and coordinate with international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances under the guidance of the retail key account lead.
* Manage day‑to‑day business relationships with international customers and the RedBull markets in which they operate.
* Champion a mindset of conditionality and profitability, inspiring both business partners and internal stakeholders.
* Continuously leverage customer and shopper data to turn insights into impactful actions.
* Drive and deploy global channel and segment strategies together with market teams, facilitating workshops and best‑practice sharing sessions.
* Support the top 25 RedBull countries in their strategic planning processes, offering input and feedback for their annual business plans.
* Provide hands‑on support to selected countries to optimize key account management, focusing on sales drivers and profitability.
* Support the expansion and enhancement of Customer Profitability, Demand Planning, and Value Chain analysis – both in concept and system development.
* Act as a strong sparring partner for Key Account Managers, collaborating on country‑specific projects in revenue management, field sales, and demand planning.
* Share expertise, learnings, and challenges proactively, fostering cross‑departmental collaboration across HQ and regional teams.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of key account management experience, ideally in FMCG.
* Excellent communication, strong negotiation, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
* Fluency in English; German a plus.
* Self‑motivated team player, proficient in CRM systems and MS Office, with an analytical, innovative, and solution‑oriented mindset.
* Travel 20‑30%.

* Elisabeth, Salzburg, Austria – RedBull Global Headquarters.
Compensation
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2,362 gross per month. However, the actual compensation is market‑oriented and significantly above this minimum.
