Paper republic is one of the world's fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team over 110 people with more than 25 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together.
Aufgaben
This is a highly hands-on role focused on bringing paper republic's physical spaces to life. You will manage retail openings and pop-up projects from concept to opening day, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and fully aligned with brand standards, while solving real-world challenges on the ground.
* You'll coordinate new global store openings and pop-up events
* You 'll be overseeing architects, contractors, operations, visual merchandising, and shop teams
* You'll ensure brand and VM guidelines are implemented accurately across all stores
* You'll manage timelines, budgets, and cost tracking for all retail projects
* You'll collaborate closely with the team in La Maison (Vienna) to transfer learnings and refine processes
* You'll support pop-up activations with selected premium partners in the US and Japan
* You'll be present on site when needed, overseeing execution, troubleshooting, and final readiness before opening
Profil
* You've a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail project management, expansion, or store development
* Having experience in retail projects in the UK particularly in London or being familiar with the British retail market is a strong plus.
* You've strong organizational and communication skills, with a natural ownership mindset
* Visual merchandising experience, or hands-on collaboration with VM teams, is a strong plus
* You're calm under pressure and can coordinate multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities
* You're willing to travel occasionally within Europe and internationally
* You're fluent in English, German is a strong plus
