Accountabilities
* Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
* Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for digital and print media.
* Design projects using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
* Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and implementation.
* Establish creative direction within brand guidelines.
* Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative or related field.
* 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, with proven expertise in relevant tools.
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.
* Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
* Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
