Job Overview
We are looking for a full‑time Video Editor who will craft compelling video stories for Paradox's cutting‑edge e‑learning content. Work remotely or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon. Fluency in French and English is required.
Mission
Your main goal is to edit videos that empower individuals to develop their power skills through immersive learning experiences. You will craft, polish, and deliver high‑quality video content aligned with our mission of personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Craft captivating stories and narratives that inspire viewers.
* Integrate graphics, music, and effects to enhance storytelling.
* Maintain consistency in tone and style across all video content.
* Edit raw footage to create visually stunning videos, including color correction and audio refinement.
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts.
* Build an efficient, scalable post‑production workflow.
* Manage project timelines and deliver videos on schedule.
* Coordinate with stakeholders for feedback and revisions.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Experience & Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience as a video editor.
* Portfolio showcasing impactful video content across various genres.
* Demonstrable storytelling expertise through video.
* Advanced skills in video editing software and techniques.
* Strong project management and efficiency.
Personality & Skills
* Deep understanding of human psychology to convey program essence.
* Eager to learn, grow, and refine craft.
* Excellent at managing timelines and delivering results on time.
* Thrives in fast‑paced environments and turns vision into reality.
Language Requirements
* French: Native or Bilingual.
