The Smithfield Hotel is seeking a motivated Assistant Bottleshop Manager to help oversee our busy drive through bottle shop operations and deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.
About the Role
As Assistant Bottle Shop Manager, you will support the Bottle Shop Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the bottle shop. You'll help lead the team, maintain high service standards, and ensure compliance and operational excellence across all daily tasks.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with stock management, ordering and inventory control
* Supporting day‑to‑day operational leadership of the bottle shop
* Providing exceptional customer service and helping drive sales
* Contributing to a positive, engaged, and well‑communicated team culture
What We're Looking For
* Experience in Bottleshop/Liquor Store (High Volume)
* RSA certification
* Responsible Person's Badge
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A hands‑on, proactive approach to problem‑solving
* A genuine focus on customer service and team collaboration
* Willingness to step up and take responsibility when required
* Basic knowledge of online ordering portals
