Controlling Manager (m/w/d) in VIENNA (city center)

To further expand our strong market position in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we are seeking a committed and responsible individual to join our sales team in Austria as a Controller (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for all controlling activities in Austria, acting as the key finance partner for the local organization with strong collaboration with the controlling team in Germany.
* Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, including sales and Opex, in alignment with local and international stakeholders.
* Create and continuously improve financial reports in line with group reporting standards.
* Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results, including variance analysis and follow-ups.
* Provide clear KPIs and insights to support strategic and operational decisions for commercial success.
* Identify efficiency potentials and drive process improvements in controlling and sales.
* Ensure smooth financial operations in close cooperation with external accounting, management, and cross-functional teams.
Your Profile
* Completed education in business, finance, or a related field, with a focus on controlling.
* Several years of experience in controlling, ideally within a matrix organization.
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, paired with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
* Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and confidence with data analysis tools.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complexity, manage multiple reporting lines, and collaborate across functions in an international matrix environment.
* Proactive mindset, high level of self-organization, and a sense of ownership.
* Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
