If you are passionate about creating the future of sustainable mobility and broadening your horizon internationally then the programme is right for you. You will be part of a diverse team and be accompanied by an experienced mentor, that will help you to open doors, so that you can grow professionally and personally. During four placements (two of which are abroad) that are individually tailored to your profile, you will establish an international network and get in-depth insights into projects, strategies and culture. What topics can you expect?
Play a key role in the ramp‑up of electric drive systems, ensuring a stable, capable, and scalable production setup. Coordinate cross‑functional ramp‑up activities across production, quality, engineering, and suppliers. Monitor and manage maturity levels, risks, and timelines throughout industrialization and start of series production. Drive the implementation and validation of processes, methods, and standards from day one. Identify deviations early, initiate corrective actions, and ensure a robust series ramp‑up. Collaborate with international plants and departments in a global production network.
What is your professional background?
An above-average degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Management, Operations Management, or a comparable field. At least six months of relevant practical experience
