What we are looking for
An enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH region to become a vital part of our growing team.

Experience: Entry to Mid-Level.
Availability: Full-time.
Job Function: Sales Development Representative.
Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 EUR base.
Your Responsibilities
* You identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media
* You qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for our sales team - focusing on companies in the financial services sector
* You conduct targeted research on potential clients, especially in the areas of tax advisory, auditing, accounting, and banking
* You carefully maintain our CRM database with all relevant lead and prospect information
* You track your own KPIs and actively contribute to achieving team goals
Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B environment
* Interest in financial services and familiarity with SaaS solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in both English and German; additional European languages are a plus
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
* A proactive mindset - able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* A positive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
