* Independent research activities in the field of French linguistics
* Teaching
* Collaboration in organisational and administrative tasks
Your profile:
* Above-average completion of a relevant degree programme in French/French Studies or a subject-related diploma or master's degree programme with a focus on linguistics;
* Doctoral or PhD degree in Romance Linguistics (specialising in French) completed by the time you take up the post at the latest; academic publication and presentation experience;
* Ability to teach courses independently (4 SWS/semester) and to supervise students;
* Submission of a project outline for a research project in the field of French linguistics (max. 5 pages); French and German language skills at least C1 according to CEFR
* Desirable: research project or project in the field of media linguistics or linguistic pragmatics; university teaching experience in the field of French linguistics; good knowledge of Italian is an advantage
* Ability to work in a team, willingness to cooperate, commitment, high communicative competence
