Your Responsibilities
* Lead the digital transformation from enterprise to shop floor level, focusing on business processes, data management, OT architecture, and governance
* End-to-end ownership of process definition, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of business processes, data objects and respective templates
* Manage and develop the Operations Process & Data Organization (PDO) team, including resource allocation and competence development
* Drive the implementation and advancement of digital shop floor solutions (Smart Factory, IIoT, Edge Computing) and integrate OT and IT to enable digital twins
* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Business & Technical Template Owners, technology partners, research partners) and ensure the achievement and further development of KPIs for efficiency gains and cost control (e.g., StruCo, CAPEX, OPEX)
Your Qualifications
* Completed education in university or technical college, preferably in IT, automation, or a related technical field
* Extensive experience with more than 10 years in IT, OT, or BPM as a senior expert or manager, including Enterprise Architecture Management and Business Process Modelling
* Deep technical and process knowledge of manufacturing and operations systems such as PLM (Siemens Teamcenter), ERP (SAP S4 HANA), and MES tools, as well as machine connectivity and data collection
* Leadership and management competence demonstrated through team leadership, performance tracking with KPIs, and experience in change, conflict, and project management
* Strong professional profile with excellent communication and organizational skills, a solid understanding of production and LEAN principles, and very good English proficiency

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is
EUR 60.962,30
based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
