As a seasoned marketing professional, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative experiential marketing strategies that drive brand engagement and revenue growth across international markets.
The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and project management expertise to this role, ensuring seamless execution and high creative standards across all initiatives.
* Develop and implement a global experiential marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
* Create and execute impactful brand experiences such as events, roadshows, interactive product showcases, and hybrid or virtual formats.
* Collaborate closely with global and regional marketing teams and manage external partners and agencies.
* Drive innovation by piloting new technologies and formats, fostering a culture of experimentation, and continuously evaluating the quality and effectiveness of experiential activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A university degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in experiential marketing, brand experience, or live communication, ideally in an international context.
* Deep expertise in event and marketing management, including digital and hybrid formats, immersive technologies, and KPI-based performance analysis.
* Creative mindset with strong communication and influencing skills, a structured and results-driven approach, and high intercultural competence.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
