Your future job
* Perform PV literature search and assess possible signals
* Perform PV trainings for employees and subsidiaries together with the team
* Signal Management: ICSR collection and assessment of minimum criteria, follow up with the source if necessary
* Cross reporting with business partners
* Update PSMFs of the company (EU and UK one)
* Keep PV SOPs up to date, ensure lifecycle
* Ensure smooth communication with local PV vendors
* Support the PV Team during PV audits and support writing agenda and audit report
Your qualifications and skills
* University bachelor degree is compulsory, Pharmaceutical or Biological Science
* Minimum 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in Pharmacovigilance (PV), Regulatory Affairs, or Drug Safety within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, or regulatory agency
* English language fluent in word and writing
* Accurate attitude and personality dedicated to ensure complete documentation also under time pressure
* Additional language like French, Czech, Slovenian, Greek or Romanian language is an asset
Your asset
* Experience with SAP is an advantage
* Familiarity with Power BI or similar data analytics tools
* High level of personal responsibility, reliability, and flexibility
* Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities
* Strong process orientation with a focus on solutions and innovation
* Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
* Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

* Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week – the minimum gross salary according to the CA is EUR 47 532,24 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
