Filtration Sales Specialist (m/f/d)
Jobster is requesting applications for a Filtration Sales Specialist role at Cytiva. The role supports Account Managers by providing expert product knowledge, training, and sales support, and is responsible for generating new business and expanding existing accounts within the South‑Germany, Austria & EE region. The position reports to the Filtration Zone Leader South‑Germany, Austria & EE and is based remotely (covering Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia, Greece, Malta and Cyprus).
What you will do
* Primarily focus on Filtration Consumables opportunities and surrounding single‑use designs within the assigned region, providing the Account Manager with product expertise and independently identifying opportunities.
* Develop sales of modality solutions in the assigned sales region/territory, establishing long‑lasting technical customer relationships.
* Provide high‑level technical expertise during pre‑sales discussions, instrument demonstrations, customer training, post‑sales support, seminars, tenders/quotes, and promotional events.
* Lead technical and process related discussions with customer subject‑matter experts and give applicative support, including troubleshooting and answering customer queries of sophisticated technical and applicative nature.
* Develop sales opportunities to create a funnel that meets business targets, managing leads and prospects using customer relationship management software.
Who you are
* Experience in technical sales, R&D or production in biopharmaceutical or similar markets.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field.
* Self‑motivated and used to work independently.
* Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
* Willingness to travel >50 %, including overnight, within the territory by car and/or plane.
* Must have a valid driver’s license.
Preferred experience
* Experience with Slavic languages.
* Practical experience in Filtration Technologies and/or Biotech processes.
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.

Salary for this role is around €75 000 EUR, depending on qualification and experience, with additional bonus or incentive pay.
