Responsibilities
* Documentation and tracking of engineering order requests (SRH)
* Organizing sub-contractor specs (C-Specs) with the master data department
* Organizing and following up purchase orders for mask orders
* WIP tracking at subcontractor maskshops
* WIP tracking at subcontractor foundries for engineering lots
* Booking of mask cost to engineering projects
* Managing the internal and external mask archives
Qualifications
* High school diploma in business administration or equivalent
* General understanding of a semiconductor manufacturing flow
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Professional experience with SAP, Ariba and related tools preferred
* Ability and willingness to work effectively within an international team
* Proficiency in German and English
