As the Customer Life Cycle Management (CLM) department, we provide services around our customers for varied areas of Erste Group. One major part is business process digitalization, automation and case management. Therefore we use Pega as a state of the art, low code platform that allows for scalable solutions around all digitalization efforts.
What to do:
Our CLM department is composed of internal and external colleagues both near- and offshore. We are responsible for the development of, high-quality customer APIs, analyzing current processes and digitalize them by using our platform environment to service all stakeholders that are involved in our business. As part of our team, you will receive thorough training and enablement in the Pega methodology and BA practices.
Your tasks include:
10. Analyzing customer requirements
11. Supporting in the resolution of operations incidents
12. Collaborating with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects
13. Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of Pega-Workflows and customer solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
14. Proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape

15. Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now
16. Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
17. Passion for business processes and continuous learning.
18. Proficiency with Pega or willingness to acquire necessary skills
19. Familiarity with methods related to processes and requirements

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective IT collective agreement is EUR 53.802,-- gross per year.
