Responsibilities
1. Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment
2. Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams
3. Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks)
4. Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments
5. Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based)
6. Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures
7. Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Requirements
8. Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field
9. 5+ years of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments
10. Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software
11. Networking knowledge (VLAN, Firewall, Routing)
12. ITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing
13. Database Troubleshooting Experience MSSQL
14. Available for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation
15. Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
16. Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.
