Your areas of responsibility:
Our website performance and UX/UI strategy are in your hands:
* Own the UX/UI strategy and website performancewith a sharp focus on increasing revenue per session. You understand what truly drives impact — and guide your team to make high-leverage, data-informed decisions that improve business outcomes.
* Continuously analyze, understand, and optimize our most important customer journeysacross all onsite touchpoints – in close alignment with the Performance Marketing team.
* Lead and develop a team of UX/UI Designers and Website Specialists, ensuring strategic clarity, growth, and a high standard of execution.
* Ensure that our onsite experience isseamless, inspiring, and conversion-focused, from first impression to checkout.
* Identify and prioritize high-impact website initiativesbased on data, customer insights, and campaign plans — not guesswork.
* Drive efficiency and effectiveness in website implementationthrough smart workflows, modular systems, automation, and agile execution. You know when to speed up — and when to slow down to get it right.
* Act as a strategic sparring partnerfor UX/UI concepts, page design, and structure — across landing pages, navigation, PLPs, and PDPs.
* Collaborate cross-functionallywith other departments
* Understand implementation efforts, dependencies and constraints— from CMS structures to A/B testing platforms — and challenge timelines constructively to protect quality.
* Set and reviewUX/UI standards, templates, and testing protocolsto continuously raise the bar for usability, brand expression, and performance.
* Bringa sharp eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and a clear sense of priority — turning insights into measurable action.
Your profile:
* You bring 2-4 years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital product management or website strategy – including at least 1 year in a team leadership or senior ownership role is a big plus
* Excellent English skills (internal communication), German is a plus
* Experience in e-commerce, ideally with a focus on onsite optimization, digital journeys, or website management
* Solid understanding of CMS systems, AB testing tools, and staging workflows (Magento experience is a plus)
* High UX/UI literacy and an analytical mindset to assess user flows, conversion drivers, and design effectiveness
* Experience in team leadership and people development is a plus – you enjoy building, motivating and challenging individuals to grow
* Ability to evaluate project complexity, assess risks, and challenge time estimates (without needing to execute yourself)
* Strategic mindset with the ability to connect business goals to digital execution
* Confident communication skills and cross-functional alignment capabilities
* Bonus points: experience with tools like Figma, GA4 or alternatives, Kameleoon and Magento

Location:Headquarters – Autokaderstraße 33 11.3, 1210 Vienna (hybrid possible)
Salary:The salary range for full-time employment is 45.000-55.000€ gross/yearly. Your actual salary of course depends on your qualifications and experience.
