Your Daily Responsibilities
* Implement and optimize advertising campaigns for clients across Search, Display, Mobile, and Video platforms.
* Build and maintain keyword packs, set bids, and suggest budgets to maximize campaign performance.
* Analyse campaign and account-level data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Create reports and actionable insights to support optimization strategies.
* Collaborate closely with internal marketing and account teams to ensure client success.
* Provide expert guidance and excellent service to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance performance, and drive innovation.
Requirements
* Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2+).
* Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card (no visa sponsorship).
* Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and start as soon as possible.
* Passion for digital marketing, optimization, and delivering high‑quality results.
